How it works

From idea to print, step by step

Here's exactly what happens after you click “Place order”.

  1. Step 1

    Choose

    Pick a product in the shop or a template from the marketplace. Every product shows sizes, materials, minimum quantity and production days.

  2. Step 2

    Personalize

    Open the Design Studio to edit names, dates, colours and photos. Decorative elements are locked so the layout stays balanced; you can unlock them if you need to. Save as often as you like — each save keeps a version.

  3. Step 3

    Configure & pay

    Select size, material, finish and quantity. The price is calculated on our server and shown with a full breakdown. Check out as a guest or with your account, then pay (sandbox in this prototype).

  4. Step 4

    Artwork review

    Once payment is confirmed, our team checks your artwork: resolution, bleed, text inside the safe zone. If something needs fixing we message you and the order waits for your approval.

  5. Step 5

    Production

    Approved artwork is exported to a print-ready file and queued. You can follow Printing → Finishing on your order page.

  6. Step 6

    Pickup or delivery

    We notify you when the order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. Reorder any time from your account — your design is saved.
