What we collect
Name, contact details, delivery address, order history, uploaded artwork and saved designs. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us; they are handled by the payment provider.
How we use it
To produce and deliver your order, to review artwork, to contact you about your order, and (only if you opt in) to send promotions. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Uploaded artwork and generated production files are kept for [180] days after the order is completed, then deleted. Order records are kept as required by Philippine tax law.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting [hello@example.com].
